JOB TITLE :
Facilities & Field Operations Coordinator
REPORTING TO :
National Director of Field Operations
JOB PURPOSE :
To coordinate and dispatch all aspects of Facilities department and Field Operations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Main point of contact for Facilities Department and dispatch of Field Operations.
- Responds to inquiries about Facilities.
- Works directly with Service Delivery to schedule / coordinate all install projects.
- Works directly with the NOC to dispatch Field Operations for all trouble tickets.
- Working with the Field Operations team and vendors / contractors for quotes / invoicing.
- Processing Purchase Order requests and providing PO to managers / vendors.
- Works with Operations team and Finance / AP to process confirm receipt / completion of purchase order and acquire approval for payment processing.
- Responds to Facilities requests and handles any complaint or request by creating and working tickets to completion.
- Request and maintain access / badges / credentials for Conterra employees to allow colo access into other carrier facilities.
- Grant / deny access to Conterra facilities via access systems.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance program for generators / HVAC / Fire prevention / UPS systems or any other system.
- Miscellaneous clerical duties.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor / Manager / Director.
- May be required to be on call after normal business hours.
