Role:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant ad networks.
- Develop and test new ad creatives (images, videos, copy) to continuously improve performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Research and manage keyword strategy for paid search campaigns.
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PostHog, or other analytics tools to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design, content, and growth teams to ensure ad creative and landing pages align with brand messaging.
- Optimize ad spend budgets to maximize ROI and scale high-performing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing.
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok Ads.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or other performance-tracking tools.
- Familiarity with UTM tracking, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to create and test ad creatives, including ad copy, images, and video formats.
- Strong understanding of funnel optimization and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience managing and optimizing six-figure ad budgets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
