Job Overview
The Solution Architecture team is responsible for ensuring that enterprises succeed in building scalable production applications with the Contextual.ai platform. You will guide, support, and implement solutions for customers, helping them maximize the value and adoption of our platform to address their complex business challenges.
We are seeking a technically savvy, business-minded, and customer-focused Solutions Architect to partner with our platform customers. You will guide them through application ideation, development, delivery, and scaling to accelerate and maximize the value of what they build with our platform. You'll have the opportunity to work on the most novel and creative use cases being developed on the Contextual.ai platform. This role involves close collaboration with the Engineering, Research, and Product teams, serving as a critical partner in collecting and delivering high-fidelity feedback from our customers.
What you'll do :
- Partner with our platform customers as their technical thought partner in ideating and building novel applications on our API.
- Experiment with and implement scalable solutions for your customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure successful application deployment and scaling.
- Scale the Solutions Architect function by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing notebooks to our repositories.
- Validate, synthesize, and deliver feedback to the Product and Research teams.
What we're seeking :
Location : Mountain View, CA
Salary Range for California Based Applicants : $140,000 - $300,000 equity benefits (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
