THE POSITION
- Perform planned and unplanned maintenance & troubleshooting on utility & facility equipment.
- Maintain and run power substations, Steam Boilers, chillers, compressors
- Ensure high uptime of equipment.
- Keeping workplace clean and organized daily using 5S standards.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to plant equipment in case of an outage or major breakdown
- Perform Preventative and Predictive maintenance
- Perform work in SAP with PM module.
- Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures within the plant.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates Degree in Industrial, Maintenance, or Electrical Technology or 5 years of facilities Maintenance experience
- Knowledge working on pneumatics, hydraulics and electronics
- Knowledge with PLCs -- Siemens and Johnsons
- Willing to work 8-hour and 12-hour rotational shift pattern
- Ability work in a challenging start up environment
- Working Knowledge with High Voltage
- Some travel may be required for training
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach, twist, climb, frequently.
- Ability to work in small spaces
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- Previous tire manufacturing experience.
- Experience working on Boilers, Chillers and Cooling Towers
