Title: Assistant Branch Manager 1 (ABM1)

Reports To: Branch Manager

Classification: Full-Time, Regular, Non-Exempt Exclusively

Normal Hours: Commonly an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday-Friday

General Description:

• Customer Service- in person, email and phone

• Complete retail transactions, cash handling

• Automotive battery testing and installation

• Warehouse back up/pull orders

• Train new employees and assist in evaluation of employee performance

• Production of reports, data entry

• Occasional fill-in driver for product delivery

• Function as proxy to the manager and all personnel in all branch duties

• Familiar with executing all job duties.

• Experience with branch procedures and policies is significant

• Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed

Desired Qualifications:

Experience:

• Automotive and/or Industrial Battery knowledge

• Mechanical aptitude

• Retail management: 2 years

• Management: 2 years

• Warehouse: 1 year

• Supervisory: 2 years

Skills/Licenses & Certifications:

• Driver License - required

• Forklift - strongly desired

• Pallet Jack

• Ability to lift 50lbs.
