Responsibilities
- Perform specified analytical and physical tests on finished product and in-process carbon black at predetermined intervals.
- Prepare samples of in-process material and shipment material for evaluation.
- Acquire knowledge of the retention system as it applies to shipments and finished product.
- Acquire knowledge of sampling various modes of product packaging and transport.
- Utilize Excel and Microsoft Dynamics AX applications effectively.
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment, recording all calibrations into the electronic record system at predetermined intervals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all test procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ISO procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain a positive work environment through proper housekeeping.
- Adhere to all safety practices and principles.
