MANUFACTURING TEAM MEMBER NIGHTS - MARTINEZ, CA

Continental Carbonic is looking for Team Members for our manufacturing plant in our Martinez, CA location. Our Team Members are responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety. Typical work hours are 8 pm to 4:30, 5 days a week, exact days depend on shift!

Starting Wage: $29.00/hour with $2.00/hour Night Shift Differential

Responsibilities:

• Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifics
• Shoveling and packaging dry ice during the manufacturing process
• Labeling, strapping, and staging of dry ice for loading
• Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers
• Safe forklift operation
• Operates a pallet jack on a daily basis to maneuver dry ice boxes to meet production needs.
• General industrial housekeeping activities
• Safety for yourself and others
• Observation of 5s Safety Principles
• Other manufacturing/production-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Able to frequently/continually lift 30lbs while twisting, reaching and bending
• Able to stand for a 8-hour shift in non-climate-controlled environment
• Demonstrated ability to work on a team
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
