Key Job Functions:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Regularly monitor production equipment for signs of wear or malfunction
2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, replacement of worn parts, and cleaning of equipment
3. Troubleshoot complex issues with electrical and hydraulic systems, PLCs, and other production equipment
4. Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements
5. Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of hydraulics, screw compressors, mechanics, electrical systems, and PLCs. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in tight spaces around machinery.
