Solana’s Life Enrichment Program is seeking an outgoing, positive, and motivated individual to oversee the Life Enrichment Program. Solana is Life Enrichment for Daily Living and is a unique memory care program that is a division of Continental Care and Rehabilitation.
In this role you will provide engaging support for our Residents. You will build relationships with Residents and Families, provide interactive structure through group and one-on-one engagement. Your positive energy, warm kindness, and experience will significantly impact the spirits and lives of our memory care residents. As the Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will actively implement engagement programs as planned and assigned to meet the functional levels, needs, and interests of each Resident. P rograms may include crafts, games, exercise classes, themed activities, or a good old fashioned ice cream social. You will also have the freedom to develop your own engagement program.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with Solana Residents
- Encourage Resident and Visitor participation.
- Assist with creating the engagement calendar.
- Assist Residents to and from engagements.
- Assist with implementation of grant funded programs.
- Support individual needs and preferences of Residents.
- Ensure a safe and fun environment for all participants.
- Completes appropriate records in a timely manner.
- Attend training as scheduled.
- Work with Life Enrichment Director and Solana Program Director
