Continental Cup Company is a modern, fast growing manufacturer of paper cups and lids located in Bethlehem, PA seeking an experienced SQF Practitioner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, administer, and maintain all applicable SQF system elements-Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Track the effectiveness of these programs including standards, training and quality documentation and strive for continuous improvements.
- Evaluate and facilitate all activities related to the Safe Quality Food Program
- Participate and prepare for GFSI/SQF system audits.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest SQF code procedures, regulations, and processes.
- Maintain SQF documents and keep organized and in current standing.
- Conduct monthly GMP, HACCP and GFSI/SQF internal audits, procedures, paperwork, and inspections.
- Manage the SQF internal/external audits, document control, and record review.
- Ensure SQF training is conducted for required team members within plant.
- Maintain and organize all SQF forms and specs in a document-controlled environment.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Relevant SQF work experience required
- SQF Practitioner preferred
- Knowledge on HACCP & SQF Document Control a must
- Organized and detail oriented a must
- Solid interpersonal skills with all levels of management & staff
- Solid written and communication skills
Salary
$75K-$90k depending on experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
