Entry Level Solar Sales Duties:
- Educate consumers on the positive effects of making the switch to solar energy, including; energy cost savings, clean energy, and worthwhile investment to increase home value
- Become a solar master, staying up-to-date on all relevant market trends by attending meetings and conducting extensive research
- Represent our clients professionally and proudly to increase customer base and improve sales profit margins
- Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships for years to come
- Document and record confidential client information accurately and efficiently
- Adequate present information to customers one-on-one or in small groups
- Active listening to all customer concerns and objections to better understand their needs and educate them on how our services can tailor to their individual needs
Entry Level Solar Sales Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- No prior experience is required, but past customer service, sales consulting, account management, or relevant sales experience, especially in the solar industry, is a major plus!
- Highly responsible, self-reliant, and professional
- Charismatic, friendly, and inviting demeanor
- Ability to work effectively, patiently, and pleasantly with other team members, customers, and management
- Humble and passionate about helping others and making an impact on the environment

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
