Our Management Trainees are Responsible For:
- Building sustainable, trusted consultant relationships with customers and providing them with guidance on all aspects
- Conducting outreach through personalized interactions, group presentations, or attendance at public events to close sales
- Registering and creating customer sales accounts for qualifying community members.
- Collecting data regarding the outcome of your outreach efforts to improve sales margins
- Participating in training and planning meetings with fellow Management Trainees as required to build knowledge of our clients and stay on top of any updates, sales promotions, or further regulations
- Presenting home improvement program eligibility, application, and renewal guidelines to community members
As A Management Trainee, You Must Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in Client Services, Community Outreach, Customer Service, Sales, or involvement in Volunteering initiatives
- High school diploma or GED is a MUST
- Strong ability to build partnerships and consult effectively with community members and leadership
- Capability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Proactive and outgoing when engaging community members
- Understand and be patient in difficult situations
- Passion for making our community better and enhancing the customer experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
