Entry-Level Sales Associate Duties:
- Educate consumers on the positive effects of making improvements to their home, and worthwhile investment to increase home value
- Become a home improvement master, staying up-to-date on all relevant market trends by attending meetings and conducting extensive research
- Represent our clients professionally and proudly to increase customer base and improve sales profit margins
- Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships for years to come
- Document and record confidential client information accurately and efficiently
- Adequate present information to customers one-on-one or in small groups
- Active listening to all customer concerns and objections to better understand their needs and educate them on how our services can be tailored to their individual needs
Entry-Level Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- No prior experience is required, but past customer service, sales consulting, account management, or relevant sales experience, especially in the home improvement industry, is a major plus!
- Highly responsible, self-reliant, and professional
- Charismatic, friendly, and inviting demeanor
- Ability to work effectively, patiently, and pleasantly with other team members, customers, and management
- Humble and passionate about helping others and making an impact on the environment
