Continental Finance Company specializes in credit card options for those consumers with less than perfect credit. We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing team.
The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven marketer with a passion for driving growth through affiliate partnerships. They also have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, relationship management and campaign optimization. Your expertise in affiliate marketing and data analysis will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
CFC offers a hybrid work schedule which includes three (3) core days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two (2) remote workdays (Monday and Friday)
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners that align with the company’s target audience and brand values.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate partnerships, including commission structures, terms and incentives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Credit Risk, IT and Finance to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitoring and optimizing affiliate campaigns to maximize performance, ROI and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on affiliate program performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 2 years of demonstrable experience as an affiliate marketer.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies and best practices.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms, networks and tracking tools.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and related KPIs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to use project management software (such as Asana, Trello or Hubspot).
- Relevant certification in affiliate marketing is preferred.
- Credit card / financial services experience is preferred.
- Understanding of legal and compliance considerations in affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and HitPath.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing corporate budgets for campaigns.
- General knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing.
