We are seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP), of Product Solutions to support our Technology team.
The AVP of Product Solutions is responsible for working with our Product Managers to ensure consistent processes and procedures across all our Product Teams. This role will oversee the Agile SCRUM SDLC process, working with Product Managers to continuously improve our SDLC practices.
This role will also function as our Customer Experience Product Manager, working with business stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap for our Mobile App and online customer portal. The Product Manager will create and manage the strategic roadmap for our customer experience products and will review, groom, and prioritize user stories to ensure that the SCRUM team is delivering the right features to realize the product vision. We are a fast-paced and rapidly growing company looking for team members that are self-motivated and eager to take ownership of projects and drive initiatives to successful completion.
***CFC offers a hybrid work schedule which includes three (3) core days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two (2) remote workdays (Monday and Friday)***
Essential Functions:
- Oversee the implementation of our Agile SCRUM process across our product development teams
- Develop the roadmap and strategic plan for customer-facing software and technology products that are critical for the company’s success.
- Understand the needs of the customers and the business and use that knowledge to design products that deliver a world class customer experience.
- Work with SCRUM team members to ensure that user stories are well understood and prioritized correctly to meet the objectives of the business.
- Work with the business and BSAs on backlog grooming, feature definition and acceptance criteria.
- Actively promote the development of new products and features based on ongoing market and industry research.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- College degree preferred. High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working with an Agile SCRUM development team.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Customer focused mindset with a passion for delivering a world class customer experience.
- Team player who is self-motivated and proactive. Willing to take ownership to drive projects to completion.
