LOCATION & SCHEDULE
- Hybrid position based in Miami, with occasional travel to trade shows and industry events.
- Full-time.
As an Inside Sales Representative at Continental Floral Greens, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the wholesale floral market.
- Develop and present sales proposals, including pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product line reviews.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory management and fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that may arise.
- Work proactively on product development to meet specific customer needs.
WHO YOU ARE
- A dynamic and self-motivated sales professional.
- A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of sales experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or perishable goods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in wholesale, mass market, or garden centers preferred.
- Existing cut floral/Christmas floral customer base on the East Coast is a plus.
