- Hybrid position based in Gig Harbor, WA, with occasional travel to our Shelton location.
- Part-time, (20-25 hours per week).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Management : Assist in content planning and posting across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Website & CMS Updates : Maintain and update company website content.
- Content Creation : Capture and edit original photos and videos for marketing campaigns and events.
- Sponsorship Coordination : Track sponsorship agreements and opportunities.
- Budget & Expense Support : Assist in entering and tracking marketing expenses.
- Email Marketing : Assist in the creation and management of email campaigns and newsletters.
- Blog Writing : Write engaging blog content to enhance brand awareness.
- Marketing Collateral : Design flyers and promotional materials using Canva.
- Presentation Development : Create presentations for mass-market customers.
- Data Management : Organize and maintain email lists, product data, and market research reports.WHO YOU ARE

- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools and digital content strategies.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree (or current enrollment) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
