Job Title: Receptionist/Assistant
Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide general administrative support to our Sales Team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage and order office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
- Perform computer tasks such as email management, scheduling appointments, and creating spreadsheets
-Order material for each job- Knowledge of stone is preferred
-Maintain organization of all material on site
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with multiple departments to effectively schedule templates and Installations.
-Commission based sales will be earned on Saturdays
Skills:
-Sales Experience necessary
- Personal assistant experience is a plus
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Familiarity with office procedures, file management, and phone systems
- Experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Knowledge of Moraware Software would be preferred not necessary
-Granite/Stone knowledge is preferred not necessary
We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a full-time position with working hours 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays from 9am- 2pm once proficient to work individually. Tuesdays will be your day off.
