Description
Full-time maintenance technician position available at an apartment community in the Saginaw and Bay City area. We are looking for candidates with great customer service skills who can complete service requests and make ready apartments. Duties to include light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, preventative maintenance, and grounds. Position requires on-call after-hours emergency rotation with the maintenance team and occasional assistance at sister sites—wages based on the candidate's experience and skill level to the position.
