We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to assist our supply chain, logistics and purchasing department. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations within a dynamic contract manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Assist the purchasing team with procurement activities using an ERP system to track orders, inventory levels, and supplier interactions.
- Support inventory management efforts by monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring balanced inventory flow.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing materials, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees demonstrating tact, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
