Core Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will follow and execute the tactical and strategic plans for the respective customers through communication and broad market knowledge.
Responsible for translating the plant’s purchasing strategy into action plans and ensuring implementation
You will be responsible for the support in receiving necessary documentation and approvals from customers, maintain accurate account information, and support management of receivables and overdue
Responsible for ensuring clear and timely communication with customers via email/phone etc. on inquires, orders, product quality, delivery, product availability, pricing, and any other questions that may arise
Responsible and managing escalating issues including disputes, quality problems, cost issues, or problems respecting time
Responsible for processing all product/trade sale orders and communicating with the Supply Chain Management team

Your profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma and or GED
1+ years of customer service experience
Must be able to work in an industrial environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the US without visa or other sponsorship now or in the future
No relocation provided for this role
