Continental is a full-service law and lobbying firm with attorneys and government relations professionals throughout Florida and Washington D.C., has an immediate opening in our Miami and Washington D.C. office for litigators with 5 years of experience.
We are hiring litigators and white-collar lawyers with independent case management abilities to handle complex international matters through all phases of dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- All candidates for this position must have top academics and several years of major firm, government, or top boutique white collar litigation experience or sophisticated arbitration and / or civil litigation experience
- Any candidates with OFAC-related sanctions experience are especially interesting
- The ideal candidate will have Spanish skills in addition to English fluency
- The candidate will lead and assist colleagues in handling significant cross-border commercial and white collar matters from inception to conclusion, including legal research and writing, hearings, discovery, depositions, settlement / plea negotiations, evidentiary hearings, and trial
