What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter/Cleaner position at Continental Properties LLC?
Under the supervision of the community manager and maintenance supervisor, the porter position is responsible for the following duties:
- Deep cleaning of unit turns after residents move out
- Cleaning of the clubhouse, fitness center, sports lounge, and other community amenities
- Cleaning of residential halls & stairwells
- Removal of debris/trash from parking lot and grounds
- Emptying of dog waste stations
- Ensuring trash areas are clean and debris free
The position will be responsible for performing custodial work including but not limited to:
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming
- Dusting
- Sanitizing
- Emptying trash
- Cleaning windows
- Bending
- Lifting 50 lbs
- Standing for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Professional Cleaning: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Salary : $17 - $19
