Position : Senior Analyst, Retail Asset Management - Baltimore, MD
Role Overview
Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Retail Asset Management team. This position will support a team of Retail Asset Managers overseeing CRC’s value-add and opportunistic retail investments, which include 30 shopping centers nationwide.
- This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week in CRC’s Baltimore, MD corporate office, with the option to work remotely the other 2 days per week. The role may transition eventually to a more flexible remote schedule at management’s discretion.
Department Overview
At CRC, the Retail Asset Management team is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and optimizing the financial and operational performance of each asset post-acquisition. The team plays a critical role in :
Key Responsibilities
This role will support the Retail Asset Management and Capital Markets teams and collaborate with the Commercial Leasing team to support key functions, including :
Develop ARGUS and Excel-based financial valuation and point-forward returns models on a quarterly basis.
Assist in Hold / Sell analysis, including underwriting, market research, rental and sales comparisons, and preparing investment committee (IC) memos and presentations.
Travel as needed to conduct property tours in support of acquisition and divestment activities (less than 25% travel).
