Job Description

Hiring a Maintenance Tech for Dartmoor Place Apartments in Hanover, MD. This Class A luxury community was built in 2020 and features 258 apartment-homes.

Competitive pay $750 rent discount per month if you live onsite bonus medical / dental / vision / 401K.

We own and operate all of our assets and invest int the long-term.

Responsibilities :

Walking the community to identify any potential issues.
Troubleshooting basic technical problems, including preventative maintenance on systems.
Resolving any basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair and HVAC service requests.
Communicating clearly with residents and your coworkers.
Completing work orders and apartment turnovers / punch-outs.
Inspecting apartments for a final walk through and move-in.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1-2 years exp in building maintenance preferred.

EPA certification preferred.

Your own basic hand tools and reliable transportation.

Ability to participate in the on-call emergency rotation.
