Position: Service Technician for The Linden – Davidson, NC
Role Overview
As a Service Technician at The Linden, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this community with 162 apartment-homes.
We own & operate all of our assets. $750.00 per month rent discount for live-on (if desired) on-call appreciation bonus property bonus Health/Dental/Vision/401K paid training company events and recognition
Most Important Responsibilities
- Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
- Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
- Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
- Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
Most Important Qualifications
- 2 years of recent hands-on experience in building apartment maintenance
- EPA certification strongly preferred
- HVAC skills, drywall, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry and electrical
- Ability to work independently required
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Resourceful problem solver
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in the emergency on-call rotation
- Vehicle, driver’s license, basic tools
