In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new accounts, expanding within your territory, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. We offer an excellent compensation package, including a $50,000 base salary, monthly performance bonuses, and the potential for six-figure on-track earnings. You’ll have a protected territory with a mix of existing accounts and new leads, along with support from our Sales and Marketing teams to help you succeed. What You Will Do
- Sell industrial chemicals to a wide array of businesses, schools, municipalities, healthcare facilities and other commercial & industrial accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities in your territory while maintaining established customers, calling on commercial and industrial accounts, municipalities, schools, healthcare, and most any business with a need for professional cleaning and maintenance supply’s.
- Track sales and relationship info with automated proprietary CRM that is also your scheduling, prospecting, presentation and order entry tool.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Product development, Project Management and Operations
- Attend regular informational meetings with corporate leadership and other salespeople both in person and virtually.

This role pays a base salary of $50,000, car reimbursement, and monthly performance payments to support you while developing your sales pipeline and ultimately work towards creating over $100k in personal annual earnings within 3-4 years. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage and 401(k) with company match. Top performers earn an award destination vacation each year.
