As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing community engagement, and providing exceptional experiences for our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an effective marketing strategy for the community, ensuring continued growth and visibility.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications with prospective residents, tracking them from initial contact to move-in.
- Manage the Move-in process for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with prospects, their families, and referral sources to foster engagement and increase referrals.
- Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to effectively match prospective residents with the best solutions for their needs.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven success in senior living sales and marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships.
