Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all maintenance operations for the community, ensuring facilities are in excellent condition and meet safety standards
- Managing a team to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests
- Maintaining equipment, systems, and building structure
- Collaborating with other departments to create an optimal living environment for our residents
