Job Summary: We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations. This includes overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products and cost-effective operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex supply chain functions and a proven track record in driving process improvements.
Pay: Disclosed in Interview
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process from procurement to product delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure timely deliveries while minimizing costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and balance stock with demand forecasts to optimize inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and meet production and customer needs.
- Analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards. Remove

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience 5-7 years in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in inventory management, supplier relations, and distribution processes.
- Proficient in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with global supply chain operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
