The HR Manager provides strategic and hands-on support for the HR function in the areas of onboarding, employee relations, compliance, immigration, benefits, compensation, and training in a fast-paced, evolving research environment.

What you will do : As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by managing the human capital that drives it. This position will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. As an HR expert, you will ensure that the workplace is conducive to productivity and growth by fostering a positive work environment, serving and a mentor and role model, resolving conflicts, and promoting diversity and inclusion. You will hold a crucial position in crafting and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and values.
