Dry Cleaning Spotter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Spotter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including hotels, hospitals, and other facilities. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Launder shirts, adhering to proper washing and drying protocols.
• Pre-treat staining as necessary.
• Placing shirts on pressing forms (machine pressing).
• Separate white, light and dark clothing to wash separately.
• Inspecting for quality and packing the shirts neatly.
• Assemble orders accurately.
• Assist with dry cleaning processes, ensuring garments are treated with care and returned promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dry cleaners is required.
• Able to lift wet laundry and stand for extended perios.
• Reliable and Punctual.
• Pressing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
