CWI markets and administrates their own program allowing them to streamline the process and provide their customers with exceptional customer service. We also develop specialty programs and provide valuable training to dealerships to transform their Business offices and Service Departments into more profitable extensions of the dealership.

The Area Manager must be a motivated individual who possesses strong closing and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- The Individual will maintain and expand market share throughout the Region, Automotive Market Place.
- Develop and aggressively grow direct relationships through prospecting, cold calls (in person visits) and relationship development.
- Create and manage relationships with automotive dealerships by demonstrating value within the Vehicle Service Contract and Ancillary Product arena.
Consult the Automotive Dealer on company programs including but not limited to training of sales, finance and service departments on vehicle service contract procedures.
Will act as a liaison between dealer and administrator, accordingly.
The Area manager will report daily activity to National Sales Manager.
Must be Accountable and utilize CRM per call basis.
- Requirements
- Strong direct selling skills, must be able to communicate effectively and handle "on the spot" objections.
- Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, preferred automotive Experience · Strong organizational and planning skills · Ability to present to large groups and executive levels · Ability to work, coach, and motivate in a team environment.
