What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Millwork Estimator (On-site) position at Continental Woodcraft?

Duties
1. Prepare accurate product takeoffs from Architectural drawings and specifications using the latest on screen take off software Innergy ERP, a cloud-based system.
2. Work with vendors and Field installers to obtain their pricing required for a complete quote
3. Prepare and submit Bid Proposal to General Contractor(s)
Key Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years Minimum Commercial Millwork Related Experience preferred
- Positive team player with strong work ethic
- Microsoft Office suite skills with excel experience required
- Proven ability to read and interpret Architectural plans and specifications
- Knowledge of all trades, especially finish carpentry and millwork recommended
- Experience using computer based estimating programs a plus (INNERGY, BLUEBEAM, Autodesk Takeoff, On-Screen Take Off or similar platforms)
- Competitive salary offered based on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
