Description
The Data Management Specialist is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across various systems. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the company's operations by managing data entry, system cleanup, planogram details, and global product changes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and adept at handling large volumes of data efficiently.
Shift : Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4 PM
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Data Entry : Accurately input data from various sources into the company's database or system, ensuring speed and precision.
- System Cleanup : Regularly review and clean up the system to remove outdated or redundant data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the database.
- Planogram Entry : Input and update planogram details into the system, ensuring that all product placements and layouts are accurately represented.
- Product Global Changes : Manage and execute global changes related to products, ensuring that all systems are updated accordingly and that changes are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Data Verification : Regularly review and verify data entries to ensure accuracy and consistency. Make necessary corrections or updates as needed.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure that all data-related needs are met and that there's a seamless flow of information across systems.
- Reporting : Generate and provide reports on data entries, system updates, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
