Continental Properties is looking for a Director of Market Research leader to join our team at our Home Office in Menomonee Falls, WI
As the Director of Market Research, you will lead the charge in shaping market strategies across multifamily residential business lines (Spring, Authentix, Avanterra, and any other new brands). You'll collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives and internal teams, to provide data-driven recommendations that guide development, leasing, and investment strategies.
This role offers flexibility! We support a hybrid work model with relocation assistance to Milwaukee, WI, and we're also open to remote candidates. #LI-Hybrid
Essential Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor the market research team to proactively guide the development, lease-up, and stabilization of rental housing communities via data-driven insights while fostering innovation and professional growth
- Coach the market research team to consistently perform balanced assessments leveraging multiple sources to deliver clear and logical recommendations that illustrate both the upside and risk of an investment
- Develop and continuously refine the market strategy for the company's residential rental development activities
- Lead market, submarket, and site identification and evaluation through fact-based analysis
- Collaborate with the data team to leverage cutting-edge tools and analytics
- Prepare compelling presentations and insights for executives, municipalities, investors, and industry events
