Staffing Resource Manager reports to Senior Vice President of Operations

A Leader in Staffing Operations : You possess proven experience overseeing a staffing team, ensuring the seamless allocation of resources to meet dynamic business needs. Qualifications

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field, or demonstrates equivalent experience with a proven track record of success.

Offers extensive industry knowledge with 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on event production and operational excellence.

Ensure Seamless Staffing Operations : By leading the staffing team, you will create and maintain a structured and efficient process that supports operational excellence and ensures resources are allocated effectively to meet the company’s goals.

Evaluate and Optimize Staffing Tools : Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current staffing tool (Nowsta) to evaluate its functionality, performance, and alignment with organizational needs. Engage with end-users, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather feedback, identify pain points, and pinpoint inefficiencies. Benchmark the existing tool against market-leading technologies to ensure the organization is leveraging the best solutions available.

Foster a Culture of Excellence : Through your leadership, the staffing team will embody accountability, collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement, contributing to a high-performing organizational culture.

Elevate Data-Driven Insights : By leveraging analytics and robust reporting, you will empower leadership with actionable insights to improve decision-making and optimize staffing efficiency.

Build Strong Partnerships : Your collaboration with internal leaders and external partners will strengthen relationships, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization and access to top-tier staffing resources.
