As the Executive Pastry Chef , you'll be at the helm of innovation and excellence as one of the leaders of the Proof Bakery team to deliver unforgettable pastries and breads for high-profile events. This role is all about blending creativity with precision, overseeing the production and presentation of a diverse array of sweet and savory treats while collaborating closely with our Director of Bakery Operations and Executive Chef.
You will lead, inspire, and cultivate an environment where culinary excellence and high energy thrive. With a strong commitment to quality, you will set the stage for the bakery team to push the boundaries of flavor and aesthetics, ensuring that every event reflects our commitment to excellence.
