Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Operations Manager to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing waste in our production operations.
- Collaborate with supervisors to support employees in their development, motivation, and recognition, as well as addressing any disciplinary actions that may be necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, communicating any safety, quality, or production concerns to the shift supervisor.
- Coordinate production priorities across cells or areas, notifying supervision of any significant deviations from the daily production plan.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 6 months experience as a Production Operator III or IV.
- SAP experience preferred, with ability to complete basic data entry and possess basic math skills.
- Certification for BM Machine Training Lv. 1 is required, with Lv. 2 and 3 preferred.
