Job Description
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Manage and coordinate all IT activities for the plant and ensures plant IT strategy is in accordance with the BA IT
- Translate plant IT strategy into action plans and ensure implementation
- Ensure the achievement of IT targets according to internal and external customer expectations
- Manage the budget and forecast of IT cost centers and control investments for IT equipment ( servers, network infrastructure, software, etc.), manages department KPI's
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement activities and projects
- Ensure the development of the IT team
- Coordinate with external and internal IT suppliers ( SLA contract monitoring, purchasing, etc.) operating local plant IT infrastructure according to standards to ensure optimal local service provisioning
- Ensure operation, support and maintenance of plant IT infrastructure (software, clients and servers, IT service desk, desktop, server and mail service management, network and other physical equipment as printers, scanners, etc.) according to standards and implement a contingency plan
