Job Description
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Conduct material and product failure analysis to support our OESL segments
- Benchmark current products against competitors in the industry
- Assist with warranty claims
- Contribute to the development of the global material and product failure analysis team
- Collaborate with universities and joint labs for future advancements
- Develop new methods within internal and external OESL groups
- Solve problems related to FFAs (Field Failure Analysis)
- Manage chemical and physical material testing activities
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Rubber/Polymer Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Engineering or related field
- 2 years of practical experience in Material Development, Application Engineering, or Product Development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with external customers
