Job Description
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will contribute to our team by :
- Using your tire knowledge to build high quality safe tires for our customers
- Providing timely operational support to our production team at various points in the production process
- Becoming efficient and proficient in material system management
- Promoting and following quality standards as applicable in all areas
- Following and applying all standards and guidelines during the operation and use of production equipment
- Communicating with team personnel to maximize production efficiency
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
HS diploma / GED
Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts – days and nights.
ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
1-3 year experience in manufacturing preferred
Forklift driving experience preferred.
