Job Description
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Implement investments for product specific tooling and equipment (molds, mandrels, jigs, production equipment)
- Design tooling and implement tooling maintenance plans
- Identify and implement production optimization opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, scrap reduction, etc.
- Work with R&D to industrialize specific product production
- Work with Quality to solve production issues and implement corrective actions
- Perform product specific testing and validation to support start-up, pre-series production, and production handoff
- Work with Quality to perform customer release PPAPs
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- BS in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Systems or Chemical
- Good MS Office skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
