What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Shift Equipment Operator position at Contingent Crew, LLC?
Schedule: Monday's - Thursday's (4days on, 3 days off)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Safely operate material handling equipment MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and/or clamper truck or attachment.
· Safely and properly unload trailer of product, verify the load for accuracy and stage for put-away.
· Pull orders from warehouse location and utilize conveyor system for sorting &staging
· Load semi-trucks & smaller box trucks according to delivery requirements
· Utilize Warehouse Management System (MHS) scan gun and tools for the purpose of maintaining proper inventory levels and proper locations of goods in the warehouse
· Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed
· Interact with associates during the hand-off from shift to shift. Will frequently interact with delivery personnel, and the early morning receiving crew
· Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
· 1 year(s) of warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Upon conversion to FTE, required to obtain power equipment certification
· Throughout shift, consistently lifting 35-48lbs and occasionally moving (pushing, dragging) up to 100lbs.
