What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Traveling Merchandiser position at Contingent Crew, LLC?
Schedule: Tuesday's - Saturday's (6am - 3pm)
1 month contract with potential to extend into summer
Servicing Location(s): (Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver)
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.60/mile between client locations, not to/from Home Residence at the start/end of shift
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Navigate personal motor vehicle to various locations within assigned geographic region aiding sales reps in stocking, handling beverage cases, and re-working products
- Fill cold boxes and shelves with appropriate merchandise, and rotate product on an ongoing basis.
- Build and maintain in-store displays and POS (point of sale) marketing materials using schematics or written instructions
- Place price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, on floor based on planograms
- Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders from assigned accounts
- Depending on the geography, Merchandiser may service between 5-8 accounts each day.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks to move cases from storeroom to sales floor
- Organize and maintain back-stock area promoting a safe and efficient work environment and order accuracy for sales
- Develop and maintain positive, cooperative, and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and managers as well as store personnel and salespeople you encounter through the day.
- Consult with store managers, buyers and/or sales representative to determine appropriate placement of displays or product
- Submit daily activity report and merchandising reports; report competitive activity and pricing as it occurs to immediate supervisor

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
