Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of business processes with IT systems. The ideal candidate must have expertise in SQL, technical coding, and legacy systems, including FoxPro, along with a strong ability to work as a bridge between business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain systems using SQL, FoxPro, and other required technologies.
- Write, debug, and optimize code to support business operations.
- Enhance and maintain legacy systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide functional and technical expertise for system implementations and upgrades.
- Liaise between business teams and IT teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
- Develop system workflows and integration solutions for efficient business processes.
- Conduct thorough system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed system documentation.
