Description
Continuant is a Managed Services Provider and Systems Integrator, offering world-class solutions for UC and AV systems. Our warehouse is located in Fife, WA and we are looking to add to our Supply Chain team. The right candidate is energetic, adaptable, eager and able to perform a variety of tasks including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order management, and warehouse maintenance.
Responsibilities :
- Receive and stock shipments, verifying accuracy.
- Process purchase orders for materials, repairs, and warranty exchanges.
- Respond to customer inquiries about inventory, orders, returns, and shipments.
- Package and prepare outbound shipments using carriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
- Manage inventory through physical counts, barcode labeling, and a computer-based system.
- Provide inventory support to engineers and customers locally and internationally.
- Rotate on-call duties for after-hours warehouse support.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Occasionally travel overnight as required.
