Job Description
We are committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients, with an average length of stay of 25 days in various specialty programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and indirect nursing care for patients aged 18 years and above
- Overall direction and supervision of patient care during assigned shifts
- Carry out the nursing process when providing patient care
- Satisfy established standards of nursing practice
- Supervise and delegate patient care tasks to CNA and other team members
- Promote teamwork with physicians and personnel from other departments
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited LVN program
- Unrestricted LVN license
- BLS Certification
- Experience working in an acute care hospital required
Work Environment:
We operate in a small-hospital environment within a large acute care hospital setting.
