Experience and Skills:
We are looking for a candidate, preferably with previous experience in the healthcare environment with knowledge of plumbing repairs such as, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryers, replacing broken pipes/water lines, maintain and replace light bulbs, electrical outlets and replace wiring in various equipment used by the facility. Must have a valid driver license, high school education preferred, 1-2 years experience in a related field, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is required Complete daily cleaning schedule and follow all infection control guidelines.
Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment.
Ability to ensure the delivery of quality environmental services and overall customer service. Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care.
