Responsibilities
- Review residents' plans of care and compare physician orders to ensure proper implementation.
- Schedule routine MDS assessments to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate ARD meetings with the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Schedule change in status assessments as instructed.
- Complete Re-entry and Discharge tracking MDS within 7 days of the event.
Requirements
- Registered Ohio RN or Licensed Practical Ohio LPN with previous MDS experience.
- Familiarity with Restorative programming and coding, including ICD-9.
